Global Aid Network is monitoring the situation in Japan and around the world as coastal areas brace for possible tsunamis in the aftermath of the 8.9 magnitude earthquake that hit Japan on Friday, March 11, 2011.

While our desire is to help demonstrate the love of God, in word and deed, to the people of Japan, we are unable to respond to this disaster at the moment. Due to our involvement with other disaster relief efforts, we have to honor those commitments to our local partners and therefore, are unable to accept donations for the situation in Japan at this time.
